AGPN Courtesy Call: AGPN Strengthens Ties with Ashanti East Regional Leadership

The Assemblies of God Professionals Network (AGPN) continues its series of strategic engagements with regional church leadership across Ghana. On 12th March 2025, the National Coordinator (NC) and staff of AGPN paid a courtesy call on the Ashanti East Regional Superintendent, Rev. Dr. Emmanuel Osei-Owusu.

Strengthening the Vision of AGPN

The meeting aimed to formally introduce AGPN, share its mission and objectives, and discuss the operationalization of a regional and district AGPN secretariat. As part of the discussions, the National Coordinator, Mr. Isaac Abanga, presented the RELAUNCH CEREMONY BROCHURE to the Regional Superintendent. Additionally, he shared a link to an online platform being developed at the national level to enhance AGPN’s engagement and impact.

Encouraging Professional Involvement in the Church

Rev. Dr. Emmanuel Osei-Owusu warmly welcomed the AGPN delegation and commended the initiative. He expressed his commitment to supporting AGPN at both the regional and district levels, ensuring its success in serving the Assemblies of God Church and its members.

He further proposed an AGPN Day in all local churches – a special occasion to celebrate and recognize professionals, workers, and artisans who contribute to building the church and advancing the Kingdom of God. This visionary suggestion aligns with AGPN’s goal of integrating faith and professional excellence.

A Commitment to Collaboration

Rev. Dr. Emmanuel Osei-Owusu assured AGPN of continued support from churches in Ayigya, Akwatia Line, and surrounding areas. The meeting concluded with a time of prayer led by the Executive Committee (EC), seeking God’s guidance and protection for Mr. Abanga and his team as they continue their nationwide engagements.

As a token of appreciation for his warm reception and support, AGPN presented a plaque of appreciation to Rev. Dr. Emmanuel Osei-Owusu.

Looking Ahead

With this successful courtesy call, AGPN remains committed to deepening its impact across all regions. The network continues to encourage Assemblies of God professionals to actively participate, contribute their expertise, and build a thriving community that uplifts both their professional and spiritual lives as well as mentor the future generation of young professionals.
